If you have more than 1 saddle per horse, there is a $55 upcharge for the consultation.

Includes all services from Consultation and includes tracings and photo sets to aid in purchasing a saddle or detailing a horse's growth & development or rehab progress. Approx 60-90 minutes. 

Want to try out multiple saddles & multiple brands in the comfort of your own barn?  This option is for you! Includes up to 4 saddles to be shown.  Additional saddles upon request & quoted.   Approx 90-120 minutes. 

After consultation, flocking adjustments are made onsite.  Can include the addition, removal or adjustment of wool flocking. For western & foam saddles, this may include trial of pads, shims.   Approx 30-60 minutes 

If additional visits are needed to continue addressing issues within the first 3 weeks post fitting, these will be quoted as needed.   Applies to many horses under specialized care or severe saddle issues. 

Travel fees apply when more than 50 miles away.  This fee may be split among all scheduled clients in the same barn.  This fee covers fuel only.

  50-125 Miles = $65

126-225 Miles = $110

*226-450 Miles = $270

*450+ Miles = Quoted

*For longer distance fitting trips, lodging expenses will be added to the final invoice.

Removal of panels, removal of old wool, addition of new wool, restitching panels to tree.  Cleaning & conditioning of leather.  Please allow 2 weeks from pickup to delivery. 

Must be replaced in pairs at minimum. Stitching fee may apply if panels must be removed to access billets. 

Removal of panels, removal of foam or air panels, the addition of wool, restitching panels to the tree.  Cleaning & conditioning of leather.  **Dependent on the panel shape if this is possible.  Allow 2-4 weeks from pickup to delivery. 

 Stitching fee will apply. 

Applies when panels must be removed into make repairs to amendments.  Also applies when stitching has broken, stretched or come loose as a separate service.  Fees generally run between $50 and $100.
